Refund, Cancellation, and Rebooking Policy
If you wish to cancel your flight booking, please contact us directly at +1 (866) 654-3052. Refunds are only available for tickets marked as refundable. Tickets categorized as non-refundable are not eligible for a refund. For flights booked with Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs), please note that the booking fee is non-refundable.
In the case of non-refundable tickets, the airline may offer future travel credit, subject to their terms. Additional airline penalties may apply, and policies can vary depending on the airline’s specific guidelines.
Rebooking Fees and Additional Charges
If you choose to rebook your flight, an airline change fee will be applied — typically ranging from USD 100 to USD 300. In addition, any fare difference between your original and new booking will also be charged.
Compliance-Related Cancellations
Refunds will not be issued for Pay As You Go credits or bookings that are canceled due to a violation of our compliance policies. We strongly encourage you to review our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy before making a reservation. Reservationsadvice reserves the right to cancel any ticket if misuse or system abuse is detected by our Compliance Team.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback will result in the reversal of the payment and immediate cancellation of your ticket. To resolve a chargeback and reinstate your booking, you must contact us and complete a new purchase.
